Born in Virginia but raised in Las Vegas, Dr. Packer received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Packer also served in the US Naval Reserve and proudly served his country during Operation Desert Storm.

After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa he moved to Seattle, Washington to train under one of the top certified NUCCA doctor’s in the country, Dr. Lee G. Yardley.

In 2002, Dr. Packer relocated to Chesapeake and has been in private practice since. Dr. Packer constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropractic and has completed extensive study through the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA).

A firm believer in the basic worth of every individual and the incredible healing power of the body, Dr. Packer is a true doctor for the people. Dr. Packer has attained board certification by the National Upper Cervical Association , a level that has been achieved by only a handful of doctor’s across the U.S. He is active in the NUCCA organization and is constantly striving to expand and improve himself in the delivery of the highest form of precise chiropractic care for his patients.
